# asideskills Upload

Use this skill to publish an Aside skill (a `SKILL.md` file) to asideskills.com through the browser upload form at `https://asideskills.com/new`.

## Rules

- Uploads are public right away unless the user turns off "바로 공개". Confirm the final title, description, and visibility with the user before clicking the final submit button.
- The site allows up to 5 uploads per day per account. Max `SKILL.md` size is 100 KB.
- Only upload skills the user wrote or has the right to share. Never upload files containing passwords, tokens, API keys, personal data, or private URLs. Check the content and report anything suspicious before uploading.
- Do not invent a license or repository URL. Use the license the user picks (default MIT) and leave the repository field empty unless the user gives one.
- Do not add extra files (README, changelog, install guide) to the upload. The site expects a single `SKILL.md`.

## Workflow

1. **Find and validate the skill file.**
   - Locate the target `SKILL.md`. If the user only named a skill, look under `<accountRoot>/skills/user/<skill-name>/SKILL.md`.
   - Check the frontmatter has `name` and `description`, both in double quotes.
   - If `<accountRoot>/skills/builtin/skill-creator/scripts/validate-frontmatter.mjs` exists, run `node <that-script> <path-to-SKILL.md>` and fix any error first.
   - Confirm the file is under 100 KB.

2. **Collect the listing fields.** Draft these from the skill and show them to the user:
   - 제목 (title): human-readable skill name.
   - 주소 (slug): lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens only. Use the same value as `name`.
   - 한 줄 설명 (short description): 160 characters max. Say what it does and when to use it.
   - 상세 설명 (optional markdown): what it does, when it fits, limits, and cautions.
   - 태그 (tags): up to 5, comma-separated.
   - 사용 예시 프롬프트: 1 to 3 example requests a user would type to Aside.
   - 버전 (version): default `1.0.0`, or the version in the skill if present.
   - 라이선스 (license): default `MIT`. Other options are Apache-2.0, CC-BY-4.0, CC0-1.0, BSD-3-Clause, GPL-3.0-only, and All rights reserved.
   - 저장소 주소 (optional): only if the user provides an `https://` URL.
   - 바로 공개 (public): on by default. Turn off only if the user wants a private draft.

3. **Make sure the user is logged in.**
   - Open `https://asideskills.com`. If the header shows 로그인 instead of 내 스킬, click 로그인 and then "Google로 계속하기".
   - Use the `google-accounts` skill to see which Google account is signed in. If more than one account exists, ask the user which one to use.
   - Uploading requires login. Browsing and downloading do not.

4. **Fill the upload form at `https://asideskills.com/new`.**
   - Put the SKILL.md content in the "SKILL.md 내용" textarea, or use the "파일 선택 (.md)" control with the file path.
   - Fill 제목, 주소 (slug), 한 줄 설명, 상세 설명, 태그, 사용 예시 프롬프트, 버전, 라이선스, and 저장소 주소 as confirmed in step 2.
   - Check that the "바로 공개" setting matches what the user chose.

5. **Preview, then submit.**
   - Click 미리보기 and check the rendered listing (name, description, examples, and license).
   - Show the user a short summary and get explicit confirmation before the final submit.
   - Click the final submit button. Use a fresh snapshot to confirm the result.

6. **Verify and report.**
   - Open the new listing at `https://asideskills.com/skills/<slug>` and confirm it shows the right title, description, and install prompt.
   - Report the listing URL to the user. If the upload fails, quote the error message and do not retry more than once without asking.

## Errors to Watch For

- Slug already taken: pick a more specific slug, such as adding the author or a topic, and ask the user first.
- Daily limit reached (5 per day): tell the user and stop. Offer to save the upload for another day or keep the skill private.
- Login loop or missing 내 스킬 button: stop and ask the user to log in manually in the browser.
- SKILL.md too large or invalid frontmatter: fix locally before retrying.
